February is Black History Month, an annual observance that highlights the accomplishments and struggles of African Americans throughout history. It serves as a platform to educate, reflect upon and celebrate the rich heritage and diverse experiences of Black Americans.

Attending school regulary is important.
This is just a reminder that we will be honoring our seniors on Tuesday, February 6th before each varsity game to celebrate our senior athletes, which includes basketball, wrestling, and trap club members. We hope you are able to join us. Varsity girls are schedule to start at 5:00 p.m., so we will honor the female athletes before then. Go Badgers!
Attention - Saturday Morning basketball's game on February 2nd has been changed to February 6th at 6:45. There will still be practice tomorrow, Saturday, in the old gym at 8:00 a.m.
We are celebrating beef month and the Cattlemen and Women are hosting a free tri-tip lunch on February 21st. Please check out the flyer and RSVP by February 8. The flyer is posted on our social media pages and website. It will also be sent home with our elementary students. A huge shout-out to the local Cattlemen and Women. This is an amazing meal you won't want to miss.
Don't forget about our literacy night this Thursday. Dinner will be served from 5:30 - 6:00 and then activities will take off from there. We also have our skate night starting at 7:00. If you have a helmet, please bring that. Families who attend the literacy night will have first options to the skates. Please check out the flyer.

Tonight's play of Alice in Wonderland is being rescheduled to next Wednesday, January 24th at 7:00 p.m. We apologize for the inconvenience, but are concerned about the weather and the safety of our students and families.
We are rescheduling our Literacy Night for Thursday, February 1st at 5:30 - 7:00. and then skate night will start at 7 and go until 8. Those who attend Literacy Night will have first opportunity to choose skates. Dinner will be served from 5:30 - 6:00 p.m. and the literacy activities will start at 6:00 p.m.
This is a reminder that tomorrow is Early Release. School is out at 3:08 and buses will run at 3:15 p.m. We use this time for professional development. If you have any questions, please reach out to the office.

We will host our first family skate party this Thursday form 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. in the elementary. Skates will be provided on a first come first serve basis. We are charging $1 per person and a release will need to be signed upon arrival by the parent/guardian. All are welcome. Check out the flyer on our school website or social media pages.
